Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I was at lunch from an election class went to this popeye's. I ordered the 3 piece dark with Cajun fries to go Got back to my location to eat. Open it up the chicken looked a little too overcooked But I bit into the first Piece and it was either overcooked or had been sitting there since the day before So the thigh looked a little better. I bit it and it was the same. I had another leg that was okay. I could eat that and a little bit of the fries. I drank my drink and that was it. Later in the evening I decided I was gonna take it back to let them see the pictures and see what they could do about ithe inside was closed because it was after 10pm So we walked up to the drive through not really hard for the young lady to hear us told her about it She asked for the receipt So I got in the car and drove around through The drive through gave her the chicken. She disputed that the receipt said 3 piece and it was only 2 in the bag. So I explained to her I had to eat something.I am a diabetic so She still tried to argue with me about the chicken We asked about a manager and she said she was the manager in her not too good englishspeaking dialect and how it looked so I told her. Wanted to wash my hands first before I order so I went to the cashier area as the bathroom was locked. Store manager was there surprisingly instead of a regular employee. I asked the manager if I could use the bathroom prior to ordering and the manager told me the bathroom takes quarters. I commented that "I didn't know popeyes charged now to use the bathroom." Manager told me its free if I order something so I explained that I wanted to wash up prior to ordering and eating. Manager was rude, said that I should use my money first and he will just reimburse me after I order. After using the bathroom, I see another customer arguing with the manager, telling him "you have such a bad attitude." I got my quarter back and ordered my meal and when I was about to pay with my credit card, the manager stated that he will add 55 cents extra for using a credit card. I was surprised by this and asked if this is a new policy or if its only at this location but the manager couldn't give me a straight answer so I just pay with cash. I get my food and eat, then realize I didn't get a receipt. Asked if I could get a copy, employee said no, they cannot find my receipt anymore and that I should have asked awhile ago. Whay a...

I love popeyes but this place is so terrible, we went to the drive thru date 06/19/2021 around 8:30 p.m the guy who's taking orders was discussing with a costumer and told us that they don't have any sandwiches available just chicken with bone only, and we say ok that's fine and then he said hold on. We wait for about 10 minutes and he came back and ask us what is your order and we said number 3 and quickly he told us go to the window please we was confused because he don't ask anything and we are three people, when arrive to the window he was discussing with the other costumer about his order , and then he only gave the total around $29 dollars we are shocked because we never ordered something, he was so angry and we told him that he asked to us follow to the window .
