Original Taco Pete — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Me and my family really enjoy Taco Pete.. we stop by twice a week.🥰. the new location is Okay i almost had a whole fight in the parking lot due to road rage.. NOT TACO PETE FAULT.. the central location was was basically the same energy I feel like taco Pete is doing their job service in the community they don’t I have time to make tacos and direct traffic lol BUT YES THEY ARE GREAT ONCE MY MOM THOUGHT ONE OF THE YOUNG LADIES WAS GOING TO HAVE A VERY BAD Attitude when we got to the counter.. the young ladies attitude and shocking positive to the point my mom was upset with herself for judging the young lady.. I told her name is lil boss or baby boss I forgot but her customer service was immaculate.. My kids love this place especially the kool aid.. They did the nicest thing the other day.. we’re in line and the staff overheard it was my daughter 6th birthday and she requested TACO PETE for breakfast.. They all acknowledged my baby.and when we got hm we found a Happy Birthday note in the bag 🥰. The Men there have good customer service as well I think this guy name was Boss too he was in the back on a ladder still acknowledging customers .. I Absolutely love them .. MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS AND EXPAND...

One of my favorite taco spots!! I grew up in Compton so the original has always been my go to spot but since they are close in the area now im even more excited. I ordered 10 tacos (5) beef and (5) turkey...it would've been 5 more but they didnt have chicken 😔 you'll be disappointed just ordering 2 or 4, treat yourself lol mannn when I tell youuu, my mom bit that taco and it took her back 15 years ago when I was in high school lol them tacos didn't even make 15 minutes in the house smh we did pair it with some American deli wings tho just being greedy. Atmosphere is always inviting, all I would say is check your bag before leaving because it's a pretty busy spot and you might have mixed up tacos when its a rush and 1 hot sauce so just check...

Clean, safe and the lady at the front (with the 3 nose piercings (?)) sorry didn’t catch her name but she was really sweet and helpful.

I had ordered a taco to try. The shell was made fresh and it was flavourful with fresh vegetables and sauce. However, I wish there was more meat.

Expect to wait longer for your deep fried shell to be ready since they are being made to order. Do not expect the cook time to be the same as someone who ordered a burrito cus those tortillas are ready to go
