House of Hair — Local services in Los Angeles

Do not do business here. I placed an order with them a week ago online and I contacted them three times via email and I called them numerous times and I have yet to get a response about where my order is and when it’s gonna be shipped. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am waiting for a response from the business. Do not purchase items from this business, boycott this business for fraudulent practices and false advertisement.

Update: This business decided to finally reach out after I left a honest review on how they are conducting business , but couldn’t answer my emails or return my phone calls. They sent me an email stating they were only out of two items, and that they will be shipping off the rest. Then I get another email stating oh actually we’re out of the other items and out of stock of everything and we will be releasing a refund. My experience thus far is horrible. I saw on the website crochet hair that I can’t find anywhere else. I paid a total of 84.00. I never received the hair, my order confirmation says pending fulfillment. I called the store but was told they can’t help with online orders and there’s NO number to speak to someone, only email. I emailed and guess what??? NO response. This is horrible. I’m out of $84.00 and no product.

The wife is a older Asian woman and she Will follow you around like a Fly. She can barely speak English and will get smart with you if you don't want her help or want her to stop following you around. The wife will send a Latino girl to follow you around if the store is super busy. I have been a loyal customer to them and has never stolen one thing from them.
