I have never seen such a filthy parking lot and such a clean restaurant. It was empty when I went inside. One thing I noticed was that I didn't smell chicken or food when I was outside of the restaurant. When I got inside, I decided to order five dinners with breasts and wings. I was taking these dinners over to a relative's home who had not cooked. I was a bit disappointed that had to wait, nearly 30 minutes for the cook to prepare the chicken and fries. While waiting, a man came inside clearly planning to rob the place. He had on a cap, a long coat, leather gloves, and a carrying case that was oddly shaped. When he walked into the door, he pulled his mask up, over his mouth and nose. None of the customers were wearing masks. Anyway, when he saw my 80 lb. dog on the other side of me, I don't think he was prepared to deal with a charging dog, who resembled Kujo. He left without getting any food but remained outside. Finally, I received my orders. I felt good and anticipated a great dinner. I told my Aunt all of the dinners were the same - breast, wing, fries and dinner roll. I was wrong. I was charged for only white meat, but just one of the five dinners had a breast. The dinners contained an assortment of dark meat. I was embarrassed. I bring the best when I am treating others. These dinners were the worst and the daughter who arranged each order deliberately gave me the cheapest chicken (the dark meat) and the chicken that had simply been sitting there all the while. When you purchase fast food and you spend $60.00, you should get what you ordered. Not only did I not receive what I ordered. I waited 30 minutes to receive orders with odd pieces. That kind of dishonesty concerns me. That a vendor would charge you a higher price and give you cheaper pieces of meat is despicable to me. It doesn't matter to me that they need to get rid of the food To pass off the old food,???? Who does this? These people shouldn't be in business. I would not recommend this restaurant for...

The food here is consistently great, which is why I’ve continued to support this restaurant as a local resident. However, the customer service experience drastically changes depending on who’s working.
Whenever Jennifer or the older gentleman (I believe they are the owners) are at the front, I’m treated like family. They’re warm, professional, and make the entire experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, when they’re not present, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.
There are two Hispanic women—one with glasses and another younger one—who are consistently rude and dismissive. They give major attitude over the simplest requests, like asking for sauce or requesting that food be made fresh. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to ask more than once, only to be met with eye rolls, pushback, and condescending tones.
What’s even more disturbing is that I’ve overheard them badmouthing me in Spanish—clearly assuming I wouldn’t understand. That’s beyond unprofessional, it’s offensive. I’ve also experienced disrespectful body language, like one of them jerking her hand away when I asked for a cup of water, as if I were dirty or a threat.
There are times when I walk in, see them working, and immediately feel like turning around. They create an atmosphere that feels hostile and unwelcoming. It’s gotten to the point where I hesitate to ask for anything, because I honestly fear they might do something to my food. No customer should ever feel that way—especially when spending their hard-earned money.
This restaurant needs a serious reassessment of its front-of-house staff. It’s unacceptable for a few rude employees to ruin the experience at an otherwise great establishment. I’ll be contacting corporate directly, because something needs to change. Respect goes both ways, and customers who are polite and paying deserve to be treated with basic decency, regardless of the...
