Hey guys... to the the reviewers.. yes all of u are correct... ts company i believe see a way to do business which only them will understand of course n own benefit... I was trying to buy sfr.- their rates were laterely double then hollywood or beverely hills.. out of control!!.. Now ths line its for the cie.. the "team".. as they call.. ??? Ladies n gents ...us as consumers or customers we dont hv time for home wrk.. couple calls n we knw if worthyness is there or not.. Simple here.. u guys are expensive n thats that.. in business both parties should b content.. douing business w u guys all i see its yr benefit not ours or divided... U should b the one looking at others rates not us.. today w my sfr.- u were at 495.-$.. hollywood.. same amout to buy 5k.. 256.- no fees... Lets keep it real n above all humble.. greed is the enemy or amateurs !! Not cool !! Good luck...

Gratitude for yr reply but as i said... i m not here as if we were at swap meet or with vendors in naples... if u guys believe u hv the best prices cool... as they say in french.. l espoir fait vivre.. that day when i called.. i wanted to buy 5.000.- sfr.. u hd me close to 5.500.-$... same day i bought them in hollywood no airport nor bank a curency exchange kiosk.. 5.263.-.. thats wt i paid.. i still hv u receite.. so no need back n forths.. u guys are in business so be aware w yr copetitors.. Now i m.looking to buy 5.000 euros.. give me yr offer n...

Totally surprised by all the positive reviews and shout-outs for Isaiah. I think he's pretty terrible. Hard to believe he actually manages such a high-profile branch.

I ordered currency online on May 8th; on May 9th, I received a confirmation email that bank notes are ready and have been set aside; on May 10th, I called to let the branch know that I'd be in on May 13th (they said "no problem"); on May 13th, I walk in...and promptly walk out empty handed. Why? Because Isaiah didn't actually set aside the currency. And those confirmation emails I got? "System generated," so meaningless. No sorry, no nothing. Wasted two hours driving from and to Orange County thinking stopping here would be convenient.

Isaiah is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're going to get. Strongly recommend exchanging currency elsewhere. Anywhere...

It's my first time having to exchange currency for a trip I'm taking, so I called to ask a couple questions before I drive in. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgable when explaining how everything works and I didn't feel like an annoyance (sorry for the 21 questions 😅).
