Á La Couch — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is a scam!! I would give ZERO stars but it needs you to select something! I placed an online order for delivery. I received a text that my order would be delivered in 40 minutes. Never came. No text that it was delayed or canceled, and no phone call. They charged my account and when you call the number, it is only a recording. I emailed them since they email you with a “confirmation order” and the email does not exist! Bad business. I plan on going down there to see if it’s really a...

Ordered food for pickup, showed up when the order was ready and when i got there the chef told me "oh, we dont have any food from that restaurant, you'll have to cancel the order". As i was using ChowNow to help out the restaurant and save on fees it doesnt have a way to cancel indirectly so I assumed I wouldn't be charged for food I wasn't given but alas, I was charged for nothing.

Very nice place. I get lunch there almost every day. Very friendly staff. Always help me out with orders and asking if I need any extra things, protein etc. I like their kimchi fried rice with chicken it reminds me of hometown food. They have great chicken sandwiches. La-La land bowl also delicious. Burritos with eggs are awesome too... They are my favorite in K-town. Love love...
