We wanted to love this brand and place until they turned out to the worst places ever for us, we moved to our new place and ordered most of our furnitures from them including sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, upon ordering it showed that that the ETA For chairs are 5 month later and the table will be ready in two months, one month after they kept delaying and giving new dates for chair, the table was ready they called charged our credit card and scheduled the delivery 4 months ago, on the day of delivery they called and canceled the delivery, i had to call costumer service rescheduled for two weeks later, same thing happened, this happened 4th time and they cancelled on us the date of the delivery, after multiple calls and emails we went to the store the person who helped is edwin, he stated that they were cancelling because the table was defective but they were rescheduling the same table thatâs why it was happening constantly so we have to place a new order for you!!! This took them teo month to figure out what was happening and instead of offering us cooperation and delivering tje chairs which were ready and letting us to choose another option they forced us to place another order for the same table. Gain after 3 month from this i am receiving new emails that the table has been delayed another 5 weeks!! We have been living in our new place without a dining table for 6 months and they keep delaying and sending nonsense excuses! The costumer service in Woodlandhills is the worst, I wish i knew how hungry this ppl are for taking money and giving you nothing but excuses.
In response to to your reply, I have been calling this phone number thousand times and nobody could help me, at the end store told me that we have placed the order in the store we need to follow up everything in person in the store because they do not have information about orders!!! Excuse you, if the costumer care doesnât help then who should??!!!    Read moreI have been here a couple of times in person to purchase items whether it be nursery furniture or smaller items. Gale helped me the first Time and she was absolutely wonderful. Since then, it has been nothing but attitude and rude encounters with the staff at this location.
I went in store over a month ago to order a baby changing table for pick up. I was told they donât have an exact date but expect August 15. I then called on the 15th, to have a young women laugh and have attitude because I didnât have my order number... I was polite patient and kind with her. She told me to call back on the 20th because thatâs when their truck was arriving....
Today I called in to check on my order... to be told to call back on Thursday because thatâs when their trucks come in.. when I asked the gentlemen to send me the receipt for my purchase he said he was unable to complete that because he was on the sales floor and didnât have access. He then transferred me to a âcustomer service repâ who was BEYOND RUDE.
I asked if she could send me my receipt with purchase order number. So said she was most likely to mail the papers to my home... I said thereâs no way you can email me my purchase confirmation. She then said, no.. I am ok the sales floor because another employee is out today..
So which one is it? Can you not send it because of the system? Because you are on the sales floor? Or because you simply do not want to?? She then had a snide demeanor when I asked if another location would be able to complete it. I said have a good day, and she hung up the phone on me!
After I pick up my purchase I will not only not shop at this location, but any Crate and Barrel for that matter.
I am weeks away from having my child and asking where my purchased goods are, to have been met with rudeness and uncertainty for that staff...
I prefer to spend my money with companies who know how to treat their customers! ASTONISHING!

   Read moreI just left this store in Woodlands, CA. I just walked in with in peace of mind with my daughter and husband, an ALL BLACK FAMILY. Me and my daughter is walking around, mind you with a basket of stuff and two pillows that I was buying for her bedroom. I guess in that area, an ALL BLACK FAMILY is frowned upon shopping together... We are NOT from the west coast so we do not fall into ignorance nor tolerant it in any way. We were approached by one Hispanic guy and a white woman who asked if we needed help and to put our stuff on the counter. Now why would they have to ask me that if I already have what I wanted and still looking to buy. So I looked around to see if they were asking any other customers so sure enough, no one was bothering asking them asking if they need help. This is degrading to me as a woman of color and to my family. They talk about EQUALITY but I haven't seen it since I moved here. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but they keep proving that they can't be human... FYI, celebrities are not the only ones who shop and have money. There are normal people who does shopping as well. I regret spending my money...
