Great steak and dine in experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. I’ll have a little secret and determination if I will revisit a restaurant or not. I underdress and see what type of service I will receive and base my opinion on the following greeting, sitting, manners and conversation from the general service aspect of my visit. Most of the staff at Fleming’s were amazing. The older white lady sitting that was another topic. She was very obstreperous, judgmental and rude. She look at me up and down and made a face as she walked me to the back of the restaurant and said there you go and left. As observed her with other customer her demeanor was completely different. She struck a conversation, she asked if that was their first time at the restaurant, smiled and made I contact. So that was first impression and then she gave the same treatment to another couple that weren’t dress as nice as the majority of clients.
That was my first interaction with the staff. I waited and then the joy of the real service shined through. The waitress, Servetters and floor manager made the meal worth it.
My steak was cooked to perfection, the mash potatoes were seasoned well, cooked through and presented at its best. The cook took his time ensuring that the meal he sent out was amazing.
My waitress looked over my plate before she even brought it out. This really impressed me since very few location work as so well together. The salad was well served and fresh. The amount was spectacular as to know the exact amount.
The servers were constantly walking around ensuring the clients had enough water, wanted additional breads, or anything else they needed.
The floor manager was extremely engaging with clients no matter how they were dressed and attentive to every need. I alway as about a side that will complimented what I order and he took his time in suggesting a few items to include a bottle of wine.
I travel to remote area to try different types of restaurants and this was very exquisite. I will recommend this place to a meat lover enthusiast or a person out on a first date.
However, I will recommend to the general manager to retrain certain individuals in manners and remind them that if people do not return to the establishment there will be not business.
I enjoy the totality of my visit except the hostess presentation of the establishment. I really don’t want to say much about this type of people but know your first actions can influence how the rest of the staff will be judge and the establishment will also be seen by the way you treat people.
Be better and fix yourself.
I dislike to have ended in a bitter note but your boss/ owner needs to know and fix this issue.

Read moreBeautiful restaurant! Very professional and attending. Always made sure we were fine, continuously filled up our wine, asking if we require anything else.
The atmosphere is quiet , yet welcoming. They have a bar area for those wishing to view true sports channel or simply enjoy their beverages.
We started off with their sweet chili calamari. Although no dipping sauces were provided, the flavor these packed was delicious! It was a perfect crunch and not overwhelming where you couldn’t enjoy the breading or taste of the calamari. It was complimented with red bell peppers and yellow banana peppers for an addition taste and kick. From a spice level of 1-10, ill say a 4.
We followed up with a Cesar salad, now this wasn’t your traditional Cesar salad that you find in other restaurants. Aside from the Parmesan cheese, that was of excellent quality, soft yet flavorful. Not that hard stuff you get at times. Plenty of beautiful topping to compliment it with the saltiness of them all when you gather them together. Baked peas, I believe salami or roast beef (freeze dried) I don’t recall very well. It’s big enough to split in between two!
I personally ordered their main fillet mignon, my wife ordered the bone in rib eye. Mind you these do not come with sides so you will have to order them separately.
The mignon was cooked flower like, with the center a bit more rare than the exterior of the meal. Complimented it well and very nicely seasoned.
The rib eye, tasted way better than what I ordered! Most likely due to the natural fats still within the steak, my wife ordered it well done, the crispy smoked taste went very well with the seasonings used by the restaurant.
The sides. We went with the sautéed mushrooms and the chili green beans.
You he green beans are delicious! Not spicy at all but the sauce complimented the season veggies so well that it went perfectly with the steak meal.
I wasn’t a fan of the mushrooms. They tasted more burnt than sautéed. Although the burn taste wasn’t overwhelming, it did distract from the mushrooms original taste. They were still edible.
The dessert, we ordered their lava cake. Takes about 20mins to prepare and it comes out very hot. It was well followed with vanilla like ice creams and buttery whipping crème that was vey delicious once all combined. When all together, it provides a caramel like taste. Very enjoyable.
Will definitely be returning sometime...
Read moreWent to this location with family and friends, we had a party of 5 and were eating really early. We had planned to sit in the bar area because we wanted to get some of their happy hour options. When we got there, the restaurant was COMPLETELY deserted. We explained what we wanted and started walking to the bar area, when the female manager stopped us and asked us to sit down and wait to be seated. Apparently her excuse for doing so in a rude manner was because she had to figure out her "reservations" first. Then the hostess sat us down at a table in the main part of the abandoned restaurant. We had originally expected to be able to order from the happy hour menu because that had been our only request. When the waiter informed us that it wasn't possible we asked to speak with the manager lady. She eventually started walking to our table after some time then got distracted by fixing some of the forks on a table near us and then headed back to the host stand. After waiting another 10 minutes she escorted our party to the very table in the bar that we originally tried to seat ourselves at (keep in mind that the entire restaurant was completely empty, and for the duration of our meal only 2 other guests walked in). The food was excellent but the bartender was a little awkward (overly zealous and talking fast about things that seemed nonsequiter). Then, to top everything off, the bartender (while cleaning up our plates) decided to eaves drop in our personal conversation which happened to be political, and decided to take it upon himself to interject with his apposing view points. Although this was extremely rude, I wouldn't have been so upset except for the fact that when my brother confronted him and debating his arguments asked for evidence of his viewpoints, the bartender then rudely brushed him off and tried to belittle him! I will most likely never come back to this restaurant despite how delicious the food was (got a steak sandwich and their fries were AMAZING) So unfortunate, the manager and the bartender were just sickeningly rude. For such a hefty price on the menu, I think this place shouldn't rely on the busboys for being the only ones...
