She began cutting my hair and within a few minutes chopped off my hair so short. In disbelief I asked her why she did what she did to my hair. She got upset, began sneering, spewing insulting words in anger, "How would I remember what I did to your hair 7 weeks ago? Your hair looks shorter because you are balding." She continued being abusive verbally and with her body language. There were other customers present and I was so embarrassed and upset I quickly paid and left the place.
