Good staff work there, forget about any coupons guys the new manager An Asian woman is the worst Ive ever encountered. Treats her customers like THEY owe her something and like she is doing me a favor to spend money at that store.

The rest of the staff are great. but what can you do when a b@tch manager i wish i got her name has no clue in customer service or support. I spent 3 hours lookiing for shirts and this stupid B@itch tells me i can't use a coupon WHICH ARE PRINTABLE on the express website in a condescending manner. She's also ugly as hell and struts around like some kind of supermodel this manager Asian girl needs to be fired i wish i got a name i was just over it at the time until l i realized this stupid b@tch wasted 3 hours of my time.

The other workers were great ESPECIALLY the girl working there who vigorously tried to help me out but of course when you have a manager who basically knows nothing about customer service screaming crap in your earpieces theres nothing you can do i was trying to get the coupon on my phone but but i said forget it and left the piece of garbage store that used to be good. I literally spent thousands at that place now im never shopping at express again. If i cared more then just to write this review i would get her name and report her to cooperate but i don't 3 hours lost is 3 hours lost.

Basically amazing actual working staff that are nice and horrid manager if you see an asian lady manager who with too much makeup on who dresses like shes 20 but looks 40 you will know who im takling about good luck shopping here or ever getting a coupon with this dirty skank running things...

The staff is rude, they're breathing down your neck but probably because the manager is riding them hard. The manager Francis besides dripping sweat all over you and blowing hot rank breath in your face is very combative, hostile and argumentative. Will NEVER set foot in that...
