TERRIBLE phone call. I called to get some help with new channel letters for a business store front sign. The man who answered was clearly in a bad mood and not helpful at all. If you expect customers to know your process and to know exactly what you need to do a Job or a quote, you're going to be mad all the time like the man that answered the phone. This isn't a retail store that customers can "self check-out". We need help and guidance.

I needed a quote and help with my new store sign. "send me the artwork, I can't quote letters over the phone!"

If I had artwork and a design, I would have opened with that. YOU guys are the creators here, I am paying you for the sign. I would have expected him to start with my basic info, ask my business name and what I want the sign to say and offer to suggest artwork etc. Just plain rude, clearly he was having a bad day. But guess what? I don't care, you run a customer service business so if you can't handle a customer asking questions, you shouldn't be answering and talking to people.

I was very impressed with the ease and speed in getting the sign I needed. Jesse was very helpful in showing me the different materials available to me. We got the content of the sign done and then Jesse later, the same day, sent over a proof for me to look at. I gave him some adjustments and within a very short time he came back with another proof with the changes and I signed off on the project. My sign was ready for pickup two days later and it was perfect. A friend of mine, Steve, had recommended Fast Signs and I could not be happier.
