Saturday April 18 3:00am the workers are all rude and doesn't appreciate togo customers at all . I only ordered pancakes and had to wait 30 minutes. I saw my food that came out while ago and they didn't bother to pack them until I went to the front asking about them. Even one of the their cook was asking the cashier why haven't we got our food yet when it's been sitting there. The young lady who takes the order looks high on weed and only smiles and greet dine in customers. The old lady in red as well, arguing front of customer , shaking her head at me when i told her that other cashier took the order wrong. Not one of them knew how to use the POS correctly, they had to call one of the cooks from the back to figure out stuff to get help. The person who took my order didnt even apologized but the cook in the back did i guess its like a regular happenings. Listen you don't communicate with customers, you don't know how to use the POS , you have to get COOKs to help you on you POS, not even on uniform and yet you expect full minium wage and plus your high on weed and are even rude to customers? You're really cringe and just let other appreciated people do your job instead because your ruining it for some people who wants to eat there.
I ordered 3 stacks of pancake and they charged 9. So I told them I just wanted 3 stacks of pancakes and they try to justify by saying "you said 3 stacks of pancakes....smh " like the conversation goes no where. I have never been to a place where I ask for 3 stacks of pancake and they give you 9 stacks of pancakes. Listen stupid you goto change your tire asking them to replace all 4 of your tires , you better be expecting 16 tires total with your stupid logic....
Read moreWent for a late night diner. Food was solid diner food. I got chicken strips which came with soup, salad, fries (I got sweet potato, yum!), and veggies for $12. Not bad! Cotton candy lemonade was really good! Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, but was at times difficult to wave down for missing sauce or a box.
I’m knocking stars off because we were seated at a table against the window, and the space between our table and the one next to us was super narrow because the table extender was out on the other table. I had to squeeze my legs between the tables to get to my seat, as this was the only way to get to it. Only a child or someone very thin could have fit easily between these tables. There was a group of elderly men sitting at the table next to us. I accidentally knocked over a glass of water on one of the men’s laps and all over the seat trying to squeeze myself to my seat. I was mortified. I tried to clean up with napkins and the waiter brought more napkins and towels to help clean up. I apologized profusely, but the poor man seemed very annoyed. It was so awkward to eat next to them after that. A couple was seated there when we left. And we all tried to put down the extender so I wouldn’t have to squeeze out, but could not figure it out and the staff did not help. This situation was unacceptable to me. We should not have been forced to sit in a place that was so difficult to get to. There were no other seats at the time, but the staff could have put down the extender.
The food was really good, but I am so embarrassed about having to squeeze my body between tables just to sit down. The staff could have handled that better. Not a...
Read moreI wish I can say that my most recent visit to Norms was a pleasant and appetizing, but I can't. Starting from the moment my two friends and I walked in the Norms in West Hollywood, the vibe was off. Have you ever walked into a place of business when you thought to yourself "where is the manager?" There was no host or hostess in the place and the waitresses on the clock glanced over at us several times, completely uninterested in doing someone else's job. The staff that were visable to us seems like they were moving in slow motion. I kid you not, we waited 5 minutes before one of the on duty waitresses finally sat us, with no menu's. It took another five minutes to get a menu (still no water). After about 5 more minutes we had to laugh because the waitress finally took our order. When our meal was finally served I requested a refill of my coffee, it never came. I also asked for an additional jam packet, it never came. My friend ordered a iced tea. It never came. When we were finally able to get our waitresses attention to remind her, my friend's iced tea was never brought to the table, of course she apologized but honestly the experience was ruined. Having worked in the hospitality business several times, I know first hand how difficult it can be, but if nothing else, you have to pretend you care about the customers experience. It was clear this waitress didn't care! I ordered steak and eggs. My friend ordered the meatloaf special and my other friend ordered steak and shrimp. Although we were never charged for the missing iced tea, our bill was over $80 not including tip. Pretty damn expensive for a bland tasteless meal and...
