When you walk in, the place is pretty and the staff is nice. You meet with the owner, Sandrine. She dizzies you with impressive promises of package deals that sound great, but the pricing is not clearly explained. Once you sign up, it becomes unclear what exactly you're getting--and trying to clarify anything afterward is IMPOSSIBLE. She uses tactics like a used car salesman and says she’s losing money and only wants to help.

When I decided to discontinue the services after only 2 visits due to their inability to provide good quality services and requested an invoice and account of my paid $3,000 —I was shocked to be repeatedly called by owner, Sandrine, first claiming it was not refundable despite I was owed a refund, she’d charge their so-called "regular" prices for services I had already received--prices like $725 for a Cryo facial and $350 for lymphatic drainage AND that I wouldn’t receive any refund so I had to continue to go or lose the money. These regular prices are exorbitant for the mediocre services provided and weren’t disclosed up front. The owner called and texted me no less than 25 times, said she had an employee die (not true) and engaged in manipulative and ridiculous behavior sending revised invoices every day and still refused to issue a refund.
