The Good The Bad and The Ugly we stayed at the hotel for several days it was very nice in the room very clean. really nice setup. very comfortable. almost like a one-bedroom apartment. It was very very quiet in the room we never once heard anyone in adjoining rooms not sure if anyone was in the rooms next to us but it was really nice that it was very quiet and the air conditioning and the heater worked well in the fireplace to heat the room on cold nights. there were not any dishes or utensils in the kitchen but I'm told you can get them from housekeeping. The staff at the front desk we're great really liked David Genesis Noemi Roman & Lamont. I believe it's the first two but I spoke with the most hung out and chatted with them a bit and felt like I was talking to my friends they were very personable and approachable. Guy in the next hallway over smoked massive weed like 24/7 the whole hallway wreaked of it I could taste it in my room in my mouth it was that strong. I have a young child that was with me and I was very worried about her being exposed I thought because it's legal in California that was just what I had to live with but then I noticed a sign in the room that said there was a $500 charge for smoking on the room and I saw a little picture that indicated marijuana included I have arthritis and had to walk all the way down the hall down the stairs and outside to smoke a cigarette every few hours. Meanwell the Rockstar in the hallway next to us was chiefing us out of house and home so finally on the third day they went up and figured out who it was and dealt with the guest whatever that meant. Also the restaurant was expensive. First of all when I ordered it was myself in my child I ordered a cheeseburger and I thought he understood that we were both getting the same thing burger and fries and when it showed up he only brought us one and asked if I wanted it cut in half. So then we had to wait another half hour or so for my daughters Burger to come. For fifty bucks I think we should have gotten a little better situation. we ordered two cheeseburgers and two Cokes and it came to $48! and the cokes weren't even 20 oz bottles! they brought us these little cute things which seemed a little skimpy to me if you're going to pay $4 for a Coke you might as well get a 20 oz bottle. The next night I ordered a Caesar salad it was nothing fantabulous personally the pre-made salads at the grocery store or better it was pretty it just didn't taste that good and I think it was about $13. Fettuccine and chicken was good and I continue to order the chicken bacon avocado sandwiches even though the chicken was tough I think that was also about 13 or $15 so you would think they could figure out how to not make the chicken hard. The last night we were there we had a female server and she brought us bread to the table with cheese and green olives and something else and I noted that no one else had brought that to us during our time there. She was great and very efficient none of the other servers seems like someone that would work in a restaurant that cost that much like if the prices are going to be high I should have an excellent server. They got the job done the other guy's but werent anything special with their service I think I've had better service at Denny's. Also there is no hot tub at this hotel and the pool was freezing so we never got to enjoy it at all. There is also no sort of convenience store vending machine anything in the hotel had really bad heartburn two nights in a row probably from the burgers and was wondering around at 4 a.m. in misery debating calling an ambulance because I couldn't find any where that I could get some Tums some sort of a vending machine or a small convenience stand or something would make a huge difference for the guests. One day headed to the beach I asked the guys out front where the bus was they said up a hill I have arthritis in a cane with a long ways after we started walking a bus came driving by but no one had bothered to mention and would have been nice.

This was probably the most pleasantly surprised I've ever been with a hotel. While searching for a hotel amongst all of the big brand names in the ritzy glitzy Beverly hills/ Hollywood area, which generally cost a fortune, I stumbled upon this place by simply searching "hotels" on Google. We ended up booking a room strictly based on reviews and pictures from past guests. It turned out to be a blessing and Le Parc now ranks amongst one of the favorite hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooftop pool, rooftop bar (which unfortunately is still closed due to Covid), rooftop tennis court, all with great views of the hills, made for a great comfortable stay in West Hollywood. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the rooms are huge, laid out nicely, and feature everything you need for both a short and long-term stay. The whole experience from check-in to check out was A+. We met a nice couple from New York who told us they had been staying at this hotel for 20 plus years and I can absolutely understand why. The restaurant/room service was delicious. The on site self parking was easy. And the price, dare I say, was less than half that of many of the big name hotels yet the rooms and the service were bigger and better. I saw many people in previous review saying that it was a hidden gem in the area, and I honestly don't think it does this hotel the Justice it deserves. We stayed here for almost a full week and never had a single bad thing to say about the place. The location (tucked away in a mostly residential area, one block off La Cienega), the cleanliness, the helpfulness of the staff, everything made this day even better than we expected it to be. We will absolutely be back to this hotel. And I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the Los angeles, Beverly hills, Hollywood area after staying here.

My first stay in Le Parc suite hotel, 3 years ago, was great. I really enjoyed the room and the experience was awesome. This time, it almost felt like there’s a completely new management and staff because the experience was bad. Starting with check in- that fact that my booking was Expedia vip was ignored and I didn’t get the perks that were supposed to come with my booking (credit for food and beverages, room upgrade etc…). The room was dirty and smelled like smoke and the sofa bed was not made even though I let them know twice prior to arriving . When the guy came with the new sheet he even said “oh they didn’t even take the old sheet from the sofa bed”. A day after, we’ve asked to leave since the smoke smell was too strong to handle (we don’t smoke so it gross us out). The new room was cleaner, however we still needed to make up the bed as well as the balcony was facing the parking lot this time so it was not great. When we went to the pool on the first day, half of it was blocked for a new born party (no sign or notice from the hotel to let us, other guests about it). On the second day we went up, there were no towels , we asked the bartender and he said that he had already requested it a while ago so we waited. No cleaning service was offered while we stayed nor new towels. The weekday crew was nicer than the weekend one. However it didn’t really seem that any of them cared about anything . I do like the Location of the hotel in West Hollywood . It’s close (walk/drive) to some cute spots the I like (urth cafe, joe and the juice, the pink wall, Carrera cafe and more).

This hotel is 3star at best but it is priced as if it is 5star. We checked in late in the afternoon and had to look for valet attendants. We were not greeted by staff and we had to hold the door ourselves while the front desk staff watched us struggle to get our luggage inside. The hotel was hot and had a peculiar odor. There was a window air conditioning unit in the room!!! I was shocked that there was no central air! The balcony had a view of the woods which defeats the entire purpose of having one. The base of the shower door had mold/mildew stains. The carpet was stained and the room smelled like smoke. We went out for dinner and when we returned the police had one of the cross streets blocked and helicopters were circling the area!!!!! There is a $42/day charge for valet and self parking is also $42/day because the hotel is in a neighborhood and curbside parking is not allowed for hotel guests. There is a $20 fee for resort "amenities" such as two bottles of water in the room. We were billed close to $500 for one night and the room was worth $200 at best. The pool area was smaller than expected and was not as clean as expected. The restaurant is the best part of the hotel and the food is very good. Room service charges a $10 delivery fee and gratuity is added to the bill on top of that so it is cheaper to visit the restaurant. The rooms are a nice size with a great layout for families traveling with children but the "double beds" are truly doubles and much smaller than queen. There are tons of hotels that can accommodate families for much less with much better guest services. The hotel is decent at best and the online policy clearly states refunds are not allowed so the staff will offer mediocre apologies but it remains to be seen whether or not any tangible actions are taken to...
