The absolute WORST experience ever!!!! I called this place to specifically do two things 1- get a new gel set 2- get a pedicure The lady who did my pedicure all she truly did was remove the gel polish I had, clean and add new polish to my feet. Now, the IDIOT that attempted to do my full gel x nails I requested came to having to remove the nails I had. I specifically asked how do you all remove gel x before he even got started in my nails he mumbled something and proceeded to cut my nails…fine. He kept soaking them and using the electronic file to which I stated that the more he use that the more he will thin out the gel and harder it’d be to remove them. After a whole 2 hours he couldn’t be done and was attempting to add the full set of the new gel x set I had asked for. I obviously refused to continue service with this place and am rating them a 1- star because there isn’t anything lower than that. My nails are absolutely horrible and to make matter worse with old thin gel x product that can’t be removed until lifts on its own 😡😡😡 only to walk out of that place with a beautiful price tag of $70 for a “pedicure” that consisted of simply changing the nail polish and still have old gel x on my nails.

Needless to say they LOST a loyal...

I went here. I received a very welcomed attitude from the staff. The place looks cute. There is parking in the back, which is a plus. They were sweet. However, the gel x nail I got were just not it. They were too big and long. The service kind of felt rushed. My pedicure was ok but the color skill on them were not clean around sides. They try to fix the nails length but you know the size of the width must look smooth and natural. My nails looked so big and wide. The color really was not the one I asked for but somehow they kept saying it was. I don’t recommend gems nail. Most of my jail nails were broken after a few days. I let them know what happened to my nails. the manager Anna blamed that it was because of my nail , not because of her skills or polish quality. I did not ask them to compensate or fix my nails , just let them know. However , I dot not appreciate the way they react and treat customers, very rude and bad customer service. Won’t come...
