(Im sorry not sure how to respond to comment by management but I didn’t copy and paste this review after our talk, I had posted this review at the same time I did my yelp review, I just like to do both avenues. And although You did respond with some good valid points, I still had a one star experience so I don’t feel right changing my review. But I will fix the stuff that is untrue, although you say the menu is all the same but let me ask you is the bar menu, labeled the weekend menu? Because I looked everywhere for that chicken and I didn’t see it) So bummed I took a bus 45 min to get here and ok so it was a special weekend menu which only had like pizza and beer and I was dying to get their chicken so that was an extreme bummer (management claims I must’ve seen the bar menu and that they always have the full menu, so unsure about this because all I could find was the “weekend menu” and I was sitting outside not at the bar on a fri)
And the inside of the bar was so packed because of drag queen bingo that is was much too chaotic (and a very little kid was there inside at night 🙄) (legally they are allowed but I personally feel incredibly uncomfortable with partying in front of an innocent kid) And the side of the patio where everybody was seated did have availed tables but only for parties for 4 So as a person by myself I felt incredibly awkward taking one of those tables by myself So the only 2 seaters available were completely isolated on the parking lot side, with not much lighting (they did have heaters so I’ll give them that) But if this couldn’t have made me feel like I was sitting in the ultimate loser seating Having the service door right there and having the workers going in and out right next to me really cemented that
And what makes it worse I sat there for a good 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement So I just left cause it seems they didn’t need my business (understood they were super busy and understaffed but this is what a hostess for, she could’ve helped w the menu thing then I could’ve gotten what I...

Read moreI can't believe I haven't reviewed 33 Taps on here yet! They are THE spot in Los Angeles for food, drinks, & fun - especially for Happy Hour!!
I absolutely love 33 Taps in Silver Lake. Alright, let me start with the vibes and location - it's such a chill, casual, fun space both inside and out, although I usually prefer sitting at one of the outdoor tables. It's right on the sidewalk and great for just hanging out and people watching a bit. There's also TV's both inside and out for watching any sports games that may be going on (I'm not that into sports so I go more for the vibes)!
It's also SUPER easy to order here - you can order from your table and then they bring it all out to you within like a minute usually for drinks and a few minutes for food and bites!
On to the Happy Hour, arguably my favorite thing about this place - it's every Monday through Friday, 4-7 PM. There's also a late night Happy Hour from 9:30 PM to Close, and that one is available on the weekends as well! I love getting a pitcher or two of the IPA's for $17 and a pizza for only $9! You could also do a pint of beer for $5, wine or cocktails for $8, and several other food items like quesadillas, tacos, banh mi fries, and more for only $9!!! That's such a steal these days in LA, especially for GOOD food & drinks!!
The pizza has a great crust, is very cheesy, and is really just so delicious! I also recommend the cheeseburger, although its price (for Happy Hour at least) has been increasing recently.
Anyways, WOO! All of that being said, 33 Taps Silver Lake is a GREAT hang out spot for happy hour, sports games, and people watching at an excellent value. They also have incredible food and drinks to accompany all of that!
Needless to say, I highly recommend and encourage you to check...
