The worst experience ever, I Purchased a Gucci sweatshirt for $1200 from this store and when I went back to exchange it with a hoodie and pay the price difference they wouldn't do it for me. I had the sweatshirt, the tags, the receipt and the Gucci bag and I was within the return and exchange period. The conclusion is you buy something from here and come back tomorrow to return or exchange it they wouldn't do it for you so basically if you want to buy something from here it's a one time purchase. There is no return or exchange. Another thing not to forget to mention is that they're super nice to you when you buy, but when you try to return or exchange they're behavior is not the same and they treat you so poorly. Called multiple stores looking for a particular item when it came out and Tony from this store actually took the time to call me back, show me photos, and was really patient with me. From him initially calling me to let know I’d be receiving pictures of the item I’d called about through text, super responsive with his text messages, very sweet and so helpful.. I purchased the bag without hesitation! Tony wasn’t pushy by any means, he knew what I wanted and remembered me and called me when it was ready! I love that! And now he knows my style so I know he’ll keep me in the loop so I don’t have to worry about missing out on something I would love because I’m not paying attention to when new items come out...

the problem isn't with gucci it's with the workers at this particular location. (Beverly center) I walked in and all of them were standing there just starting at me I thought maybe they would at least say hi but no it was uncomofortable. I was wearing normal clothes(no designer) You don't have to dress up to be able to afford designer items. It was funny because an older lady wearing Hermes bag walked in after me and they all greeted her. I asked the Asian girl a question and she ignored me and went to the lady and asked if she can help her find anything lol it was hilarious but after I purchased what I was looking for their behavior changed and they became very friendly and started kissing my ass...
