The store is super cool we were on the Elton John scavenger hunt for the free tickets to his final show at dodger Stadium. The store was absolutely amazing the fresh flowers and just a set up everything was so clean the staff was professional and knowledgeable it was like you were walking through a walk-in closet. Mia and Pia were really super helpful we ended up getting the limited edition only 600 made Elton John 1975 replica glasses Mia was so nice to look we even got the very first pair made one out of 600. Super excited would totally recommend the store. The store set up was really cool and some thing for everybody. They had the whole store set up very Elton John themed and had some really cool Elton John memorabilia. They had a few things that you could purchase A letterman jacket Elton John of course some little pillow Elton John’s a couple shirts again some really super cool stuff definitely worth a look. Placed a pre oder for some Vans 1.5 month ago, was waiting in line 3 hours just to place it, because employees were working like at least twice slower then the other store does. After I placed it they said like 2-3 days - u will get the shoe. After a month and after 2 times going there they said that there was a problem on their end and they can not full fill the order and wil issue a refund (imagine they didn’t call me and let me know, it took me couple hours of personal time to get there and talk to them twice before we came to a Refund point). After that they said ur money will be refunded in a week (didn’t give no refund receipt how they supposed to). So it’s been 2 weeks already - still no refund - so I guess time came to take this to small...

The staff is rude and their return policies are insane... The manager accused me of wearing the dress I was trying to return to an event and being photographed in it... Who talks to their clientele that way? Also, flattered, wish I had an event to wear it to (she had overheard a conversation my friend and I were having about something taking place weeks down the line), but completely inaccurate... item had all the tags, unworn and unwashed and tried to exchange it 12 hours later...
