Absolutely the best cosmetic procedure/med clinic experience I’ve ever had — hands down. I went here for Ulthera and Botox to treat my asymmetrical jawline (a combination of TMJ, bad posture, and inconsistent botox care over the years) and I’m honestly blown away by the results and the level of care I received.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the doctor and nurse were both incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They immediately identified my issue and gave me honest, personalized recommendations—no pressure, no upselling, just what was truly right for me. That kind of integrity is rare and honestly so refreshing, especially for a medical clinic.

The best part was that they have a top-of-the-line Ulthera machine, self care girlies like me know that the effectiveness and pain level for this procedure varies hugely depending on the quality/modern age of the equipment. The treatment was far less painful than expected, even with focused targeting in my problem area for maximum effect.

Just two weeks in, I’m already seeing visible improvements—my jawline is more even, and the silhouette looks noticeably lifted and snatched. They also used a very strong numbing cream and Jane consistently checked in on my comfort throughout the whole thing. It’s clear they genuinely care about making it the best experience possible.

BTW they're currently running a promotion right now and have the best rates in the city for Botox (which is how I discovered them). And the Ulthera is actually more affordable here than you'd pay in Korea, with better tech and service.

I'm a little scared to write this review because I think they will get entirely too popular and I won't be able to get an appointment. Not joking - it was that good.

Top to bottom - this is the BEST beauty experience I have had in LA. I have been to SO many places before this and I can confirm they are transparent, professional, kind, and GOOD at what they do. I had a membership to a medical spa (that is a chain, ahem) and they injected me with something different than Botox and did not tell me ahead of time. I noticed after I saw the bottles and started looking for a new place. I found Ive because a friend recommended them and found out they are the EXACT opposite of the terrible experiences I had elsewhere. At Ive, they tell you the exact spots for injection (and ask if you like the locations), they then show you what product they are using, and they tell you the cost BEFORE you get any procedure done. This level of transparency makes you relax in the chair before the procedure, and then after you see the results (which are also the best I have ever had in 9 years of receiving injections) and you are beyond happy. Su Hee and Joanna stay with you the entire time, speak to you to make certain you understand what is happening and they DO NOT upsell you. I felt like I got exactly what I needed and did not feel as if I were being pushed into anything. They will show you what other procedures they have available to enhance how you look, but they will then say, "Think about it and we can schedule what you want done next time." I really want to recommend this place. As I got older, I started looking for a trustworthy skincare clinic and tried several spots in Koreatown. Here, I received InMode and Ultherapy. Since my skin is sensitive, I was surprised to see a lot of bruising at first, but the doctor gave me a cream to help, and within 2–3 days, it got much better. And oh my gosh, the sagging in my cheeks and neck tightened up so well!

I was so impressed that I went back for a consultation and started Secret RF treatments for my acne scars, which have always been my biggest concern. Dr. Sue promised to do her best, so I decided to do three sessions. I’ve completed two so far, and honestly, my skin texture has improved so much. My acne scars have faded to the point that I barely need concealer now.

I also tried Botox on my forehead and jawline, and I’m extremely happy with the results. Because I had a dental implant on one side, my face looked slightly uneven before, but Dr. Sue and the nurse worked so carefully that my face is now balanced and natural-looking.
