Sun Massage — Local services in Los Angeles

I went there yesterday to make the appointment and the 2 women at the desk spoke very little English. And I reiterate very little English. My appointment was for this morning. They had me pay before I got the massage, and female charged the wrong credit card because she wanted my ID (so I showed her a cc matching my ID and then she swiped that one, which was fine, but annoying. I arrived 10 minutes early and a young female started massage five minutes late, so I didn’t get the full hour.

She went in and out of the room, leaving the door wide open (it was the one closest to the front desk) while my butt was exposed. Who leaves the door open the whole time while getting a massage? And the lights there are brighter than bright, not relaxing at all. She did know how to say “hot stones,” and I said yes. She left the room again and came back, wrapped the stones up in a sheet/towel and placed them on my lower back…so there was no heat coming through, never rubbing them on my body, Honestly, I question whether she is an actual licensed massage therapist? It was the strangest massage I ever had.

I would never go back again, not even for free....

Went in for 75 minutes massage. Massage techniques were good and strong no problem there.

but constantly upselled for add-ons.. foot massage$10 coconut oil$10… table shower$20… wish upselling didn’t constantly happen during the massage.

I opted in for coconut oil and shower, and when I came back to room from shower, I was told my session will end in 10 minutes…

Feel bit a cheated with time. If I paid for 75 minutes.. for massage already and paid extra for shower… shouldn’t total session be more than 75? Why does shower time cut off to total massage time? Confused

Also My session started at 8:30… and I was finished at 9:30…. In the note it said my session started at 8:15PM… but my session did not start at 8:15PM.

Paid for 75 minutes session, upsold for add on.. and still only got 1 hour service.

Skill, and pressure was great. Not...

I’m a regular customer since 2023 at this massage parlor. Their prices are reasonable and the service was fine. Sometimes the person I like is not available so I have to ask who’s free but sometimes the person is not really that good.
