To describe my interaction with one of the salespeople was interesting to say the least⌠My mom had been looking for a car seat for when she has my daughter and I in the car with her and decided to come to Kidsland. My husband and I have the Evenflo 360 Extend Gold, so it doesnât easily detach from our car at all. My mom asks the sales rep if they have Graco (what she felt was a reliable and commonly used brand) and he immediately said no but appeared to look my mom, my sister, my baby girl, and I up and down. He told us the cheapest car seat he had was $300 (we never even mentioned we had a budget). I explained to him that I am expecting my second child and expressed interest in getting a Nuna stroller this time around. No response or even a congratulations⌠We immediately all got uncomfortable and decided to leave. My mom and sister had just gotten off of working long hours, and were in uniform so I wonder if we were just judged and he assumed we couldnât afford anything in the store? I donât understand how you could even have a chip on your shoulder as if youâre selling Dior strollers. Iâve never heard of Kidsland so I was very excited to look around and spend the day with my mom and sister. I even enjoy spoiling my baby girl, so I entered prepared to get just about anything she had set her eyes upon that day.    Read moreDo NOT purchase anything here during Thanksgiving week. I ordered a stroller on Blackfriday and waited for the shipment emails. However, I was not given any emails or notifications so I had to call the store to make sure if my order was placed. When I called, I found out that they in fact did not have enough quantity of products and asked me to wait until January. Additionally, they told me my order will probably be canceled since the seller of the stroller will not be able to provide enough quantity of products to Kidsland.
The person who I talked with on the phone was extremely rude and did not even apologize for it. She just told me it is what it is and there is nothing they can do for me. How irresponsible.
Yes, I understand that there could be many people who would want to purchase a stroller on Blackfriday but the store should have been prepared for it. I mean.. they had black friday marketing for weeks and weeks.
Even if there were mistakes, they could have at least showed me a bit of emotions that they were sorry about this mistake.
Now, I am left with no stroller, missed out on Blackfriday savings on other websites and will have to get a full priced stroller somewhere else for my baby.

I knew exactly what I needed and that was no line but they were taking their time and were super unfriendly. Manager was extremely rude when I asked just one question about the color.
