The most INFLEXIBLE and unaccommodating experience I have ever had with a lash tech.

The last time I went, I got some decent lashes but including a removal, and lash serum to maintain my lashes, the price racked up to 190$. This was quite out of my budget but I still liked the style and wanted to come back.

For context, she has a policy of non-refundable and no reschedule deposit of 50$. For the first time, I sent her a 50$ deposit and it didn’t go through (her response came across as unprofessional and rude to me, see attached). It finally did after the appointment and she asked if she should keep it for when I come back the second time. (See attached) I said sorry no, as I need it for the rest of the month as a student that lives on her own. So she refunded it.

When I booked the next appointment, I gave her a 50$ deposit again but accidentally missed my appointment because of a genuine mistake but she would NOT refund or let me use it for the next time. I thought she would be able to make an exception or be flexible given that she offered to keep the 50$ from last time for the next appointment. I apologized repetitively and she gave me a flat out NO despite knowing that I am a student who needs that kind of money (See attached) The problem isn’t the policy, what bothers me is that this inconsistency made it seem like her flexibility only applies when it benefits her.

Conclusion: I did like her lashes and the quality was decent, but I would Not go again just because of the rigid customer service and her attitude. I would rather support a business that shows understanding toward loyal clients — especially in genuine situations like mine — than one that prioritizes a...

Wow best lash tech I’ve ever had!

No one has her style and I’m in love! She does a wide range but her specialty is anime lashes which is rare to find. It’s also difficult usually since I have Asian thin lashes but she makes it work! She’s so thorough and patient. The lashes last about 2-3 weeks and you come back for a refill. She has some deals if you do a membership recharge as well.

Parking is easy, she takes care of you with this in the private lot. I love the quality and how she works with your eye shape. I...
