If I knew my nails were not going to be done by the person I made an appointment with, I would've just gotten to an actual nail salon. When I make an appointment with Hana, I am assuming I am getting my nails done by Hana. All her Instagram photos make it seem like she worked on them, but turns out she has 2 additional nail technicians with her. I did not make an appointment with the other nail technicians. When I went, Hana first started with me, but during my session she hopped on to another customer to fix up her nail and then started another customer's nail, eventually neglecting me. She kind of just "tossed" me over and made one of her staff work on my nail. Now, if the other nail technician knew what she was doing, I would be slightly okay, but she added more to my frustration. I showed her what kind of design I wanted on my phone and she took a picture. She ONLY took a picture of it and never went back to reference it. She grabs a completely different color that is not remotely the same as the picture, she tries to get away with glitter French tips by just applying the shimmer gel that BARELY shows up, and adds 3 flowers with no detail and tells me my price is $90. I had to keep telling her what to do each step of the away only to get a design that is completely different from what I've shown her.
HaNa Nail: Translation from her Korean: Hello. The basic gel nail color is $40 . If you French, you can add for $10 If you add a $10 finger flower design, it's $90 But I started with the price of $90 Afterwards, you said you didn't like it and couldn't pay for it, so I gave you a discount for $60 . I need you to tell the exact truth. Please go to a nail shop that suits you.
Again. It's the service that does not even deserve the price. Her petty comment just tells you what kind of person she is. There is not a single lie in my review about my experience with you. You don't even recap over your service but yet want to explain the pricing to me in Korean and telling me to tell the exact truth of how much I paid. Yeah, I paid $60. Did you ask for $90? Yes. Did you have wonderful service? No. If you can't take criticism and expect all your customers to be 100% in love with you, you need a reality check. You can not please everyone but you should at least try to learn from the experience and grow as a business instead of being salty and hitting everyone that leaves you with a rating less than 5 star with a " Please go to a nail shop that suits you." I will take my business somewhere else....
Read moreThis was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, let me start by saying that I was 30 minutes late due to traffic and I felt really bad… I tried to reschedule when I knew I was going to be late but they waited for me and we’re very kind and gracious about it.
When I arrived Chloe was smiling and nice and she didn’t rush the manicure at all or in anyway even though I was late which is excellent customer service and very kind.
It was my first time having nail art done so I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and I wasn’t very organized in my request and she was patient and helping me pick what to choose and on which finger to put it on. She gave me options of drawing it on for a little more money or using stickers for a little bit less and there was different options and she help me design it from the photos I brought in. At the end of the day I think her designs looked almost to the photos and she did a really good job.
I was really impressed with how kind they were to me even though Iwas in the wrong and late. If they are this kind of people that are late I can’t even imagine how nice they are when people are on time. The designs look amazing and she even massage my hands with lotion and put cuticle oil and did all of the things that made it feel fancy and luxurious and the art looks absolutely amazing. The woman next to me getting her nails done at the time said she comes all the time and it’s her favorite place. I can tell that I’m going to be back too. It was $135 for the nails and total was $200 cause I tipped for her being so kind when I was late and doing such great...
Read moreI recently visited this salon with hopes of a relaxing pedicure. Upon my arrival, it was evident that Jackie was the only artist without clients, which initially raised a red flag for me. Regrettably, my service with her confirmed my apprehensions. Not only did I find her mannerisms to be rude and the quality of her work subpar, but it also seemed like she lacked pride in her craft. The session felt rushed and had an underlying tone of desperation. It's disheartening to encounter such an experience, especially when one is seeking a moment of pampering. I genuinely hope the salon takes this feedback to heart to ensure future customers have a better experience. 1/5 stars.
Response: Your attempt to deflect blame and create a fictional narrative about my punctuality is laughable, especially when the fault lies squarely with your flawed booking system. It’s evident that genuine feedback isn’t something you’re accustomed to, given the pattern of ‘rushed job’ reviews that litter your page. Perhaps those are the few brave souls who refused to be bought by your cheap discount tactics in exchange for favorable Yelp and Google reviews. Here’s some advice: Instead of investing in masking your incompetence, try investing in actually rectifying it.
And just a heads up, genuine success comes from integrity and quality, not from silencing or manipulating your clientele.
With diminishing hope for your...
