I should have walked out the first time they made me bleed during my pedicure. They literally used a tool labeled Dremel and it hit my skin and made me bleed and then she went on to do. The other toes hurt me two other times and I said no. No more drill. I'm bleeding and then she went in with the hand file and cuticle nippers and then made my other foot bleed. At this point I have two bleeding toes and she tries to put gel while they're still bleeding and I said do not put gel on my bleeding toe and then the man came out and said oh we just put gel. It's no big deal. I'm like it is a big deal. It's going to hide infection or fungus. I just want clear polish and I'm going to urgent care I cannot believe I actually paid the $25. I should have just walked out but I felt guilty Do not go there. This is just another chop shop. I literally have to spend more on a copay to be seeing that urgent care to make sure I don't get hepatitis c or an infection. Just do your nails at home. These places are not worth it. Please see photos to see my bloody cuticle toes. Please note the first wound is from the literal Dremel tool that is made for construction, not feet where the sanding band hit the toe and made it bleed and the second photo is where she took the cuticle nippers and dug into the sidewall of the middle toenail causing the side to bleed. The fact that these people tried to put gel over it and tell me it was no big deal and now it hurts to walk and both of them are aching is just absolutely mind-blowing. No way they have a license and if they do it needs to be taken away. Do not go here. You will spend more on medical bills than pedicure service.

Wanted a French tip acrylic done. I asked for a refill since I had a red and gold one previously. Since my other nail place used a red acrylic on my pinky and thumb and white on the other fingers. Once the nail tech realized that she first attempted to sand the red right down to my nail bed (btw hurts as hell) so I just said I'll do white for those instead. She puts a clear acrylic ontop of the red and white and once we get to the French tip parts, says she can't do it, but says "I explained to you that to do French tips we needed to remove the old set" (so maybe she was gonna sand all of it off which could lead to dammage!!) She'd not explain that....so I'm arguing she did not explain that or I would have just gotten a new set! I was frustrated and cried a lil cause they were raising their voice (or sternly talking). These guys have no customer service skills and do not explain anything at all! Worst place I've ever been to. Not to mention the fix (pink then white) wasn't even done that well!

First time visit here and i had a good experience. Staff was friendly, not pushy about up grading in services, they asked what I wanted ( a pedicure $20) and provide good service. I dislike when salons push for upgrades in services or getting gel nail and when you decline its like your wasting their time. Will come back again. Parking lot available, but can get crowded quickly making hard to get in and out. Sneaky tip: park across the street.

Well I went in asking for a specific design in mind for my nails which was a marble design. Nobody could do that design. Ok so I said just a pedi. I got the red but wanted a gold flower on the edge. Lady said ok and proceeded to give me what she considered good which was yellow and white saying these would look better while speaking in her native tongue and laughing about it with her co worker.. that was rude in my opinion. Wether it looked good or not I AM PAYING 30 bucks for a GELL PEDI.. I should get what I am requesting NOT WHAT THEY WANT TO GIVE ME. The lady was detailed and that’s all I have to say about my pedi least it will last me but I’m dissatisfied. These salons are getting too bold. not only over pricing for nails, but with their attitudes.one thing I can’t stand is when ppl start to speak in their language and laugh about something in my face.. that’s just uncalled for. I respect all ppl, but don’t decide what you want to give me. I make my own choices thanks. Not coming here again. If anyone knows a salon that can really...
