I can’t recommend LaserAway in Los Feliz enough! I had an appointment with Paige for a full back and shoulder laser hair removal treatment, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been to several locations (and other providers) for laser over the past 10+ years between NYC and LA, but Paige truly set a new standard. She was so thorough and thoughtful throughout the treatment.
When I mentioned some concerns I’d been having with previous sessions, she immediately addressed them and offered solutions on the spot. She’s incredibly kind, personable, and made me feel completely at ease. I usually go to another LaserAway location, but since this one opened in December, I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did!
The Los Feliz location is also a gem: prime location, free parking, and the overall vibe is top-notch. Even the manager went above and beyond, offering five-star guest service. I was so impressed that I immediately called my friend to recommend they visit for Botox and fillers.

Unfortunately, once I became a regular client, the experience completely changed. I was sold products they didn’t even have in stock, given substitutions without my consent, and some treatments were completely ineffective. When I complained, I was treated horribly and even blamed for them not having the products.
Records I paid for have still never been sent, and I even got a fraudulent call pretending to be corporate while someone tried to open PatientFi financing accounts in my name without my consent.

When she was late to our call I had to ask “I’m calling for a scheduled consultation” and she replied dryly, “this is it.” She saw that I had consulted back in 2020, and asked why it took me so long to reach out again, we could’ve removed the hair by now!
