Okay, my daughter had a procedure. Waiting time 4 hrs so I walked to Starbucks (needed to be on standing in case something happened.) So I was waiting for my drink, then suddenly I remembered that I needed some napkins. I asked one of the workers, "may I have some napkings please" After pulling his pants and touching his nose proceeded to make simeone's drink. After a while (oksy I know they are busy, so I waited patiently.) He just looked at me and said, oh yeah. You can go to the BATHROOM and get them. We have some in the BATHROOM! Read moreThe girl working the counter on 12/19/2022 around 5pm is a complete idiot who gaslights customers. My husband ordered two Frappuccinos and was given two iced black coffees. He clearly asked the girl if it was a Frappuccino and the girl said yes probably because she was too lazy to re-do the drinks she messed up. I had to walk back to this Starbucks store after my husband gave me the two iced coffees, asked the girl politely to remake the drink correctly, and she responds with “Oh I remember this order….” YES, WHY NOT MAKE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME INSTEAD OF GASLIGHTING THE CUSTOMER.
