Total fraud. Put my order on August 8, 2017. Called multiple times to inquire about status of the order. Impossible to get through. If you do get someone on the phone, the response is: we'll call you back. Of cause, they never do. Finally, on December 4, 2017 they told me that my order was canceled. They said it would take a very long time to deliver it (yea, right). I was issued refund, so at least i got my money back.
Here is their business model: You look at the pretty pictures on their website and get sucked in(i did, you too, because you are reading this). You put the order. They don't have the actual item , of course. They have to order it from Chines manufacturer. Chines factory manufactures (maybe) your order and ships it (again, maybe) back to Lounge LA. Manufacturing and shipping to US is full responsibility of Chines manufacturer. That means that if item is defective or damaged during shipping or if they shipped the wrong item, Lounge is not responsible. You'll have to contact factory in China to resolve the issue (and good luck to you with that). If you want replacement or if some parts are missing, you will have to pay for the part plus shipping(and hope that it gets to you some time during this century)
Moral of the story: they sell you furniture that they don't have (and, most probably, never will) and hope that your patience will last forever.

Read moreWorst customer service!! For 3 wks I was trying to find out when I’ll be receiving my coffee table. No one ever contacted me. Finally received a table w/scratch on the glass. Chrome legs are scratched badly. Glass table is not sitting on the legs properly. I took pics and contacted the company. Calling daily as well as email them, three wks later they finally contacted me back by email letting me know that I’ll get 10% of my order refunded in my account. Three wks went by and Im still waiting on the refund. I have been trying to contact them every day and no one ever called me back or contact me in any way. This is a company that literally taking advantage of customers. Looking back, I would absolutely rather spending an extra $150 more on a different site and get a good quality item as well as wonderful customer service! Would never recommend this company!! Save your money&time. That’s also why this company doesn’t allow PayPal payment.
Those accounts with a positive feedback are absolutely fake! This company has no shame what so ever!! You got time to open here fake accounts as supposed to provide a loyal and honest customer service. You should all sit behind bars! And I will fight for that. For me and all of those innocent...
Read moreThis fraudulent company is nothing more than a website. I was fooled by a quick email response saying my order was received, but a week later it still hasn't been fulfilled (but my payment has been processed). They have no customer service, and it appears they don't actually have a store either. The address on their website is between DeVry University and a bank tower. Even if they do end up sending me something, this is not worth my time and hassle. I'd pay 20% more to purchase from a legit company.
UPDATE: My initial review was hasty. Although it took 4-5 business days to fulfill and ship my order, I received exactly what I ordered in about 7 days. The furniture came directly from the manufacturer (which is how other online retailers like Wayfair ship), and was well packaged and undamaged. As I mentioned in my initial review, they do not answer their phone, but surprisingly I got a call back from Mike, and he was helpful. This company is an online retailer that simply buys from wholesalers and sells to consumers. They just don't quite have the bandwidth of the bigger guys like Wayfair or Overstock.
