God forbid you forget to validate it and since you spent more than the "allowed" 20 min on parking, ordering, waiting for food, then leaving, only to discover you now have to pay something ridiculous, like $50 (don't quote me on the exact amount, I honestly don't remember what the exact amount was but I can recall, it was insane!) just to get out of there so you can enjoy your food!

Huge burritos that are very filling, but the flavor is bland. Even the pico de gallo and guacamole are bland so the vegetables are not good quality. They overcook their fish and their tortilla chips have an odd aftertaste. I went for a buy one get one free deal and the cashier had an attitude about it and then pretended that she forgot to scan the coupon. My friend went a couple hours later with her coupon and called to ask me if the cashier was rude to me as well. We were left with a bad impression and a bad taste/no taste in our mouths. The best Mexican Food experience ever. Food is amazingly delicious. The service is met with a great appreciation and smiles. I drive from Carson California three times a week to eat. My family from Alaska has used the catering service and it was delivered on time to Calabasa. All sides and the Salsa bar is so delicious. Steak is so tender.
