My mom came here after seeing the good reviews they had however this business turned out to be a BIG disappointment. They stole $300 from my mom. My mom paid up front for her order and was going to get her car to pick up her order. My mom went to get her car to pick up her merchandise but my mom couldn’t find her car and finally when she did find it she asked the lady if she can stay open just 5 extra minutes after closing because my mom had a hard time locating her car. The lady instantly said no they closed at 5. The lady was very rude and not friendly at all. My mom explained she lives 3 hours away and if they could please just hold off she was just getting her car to pick up her order she had just paid for. The lady again told my mom no in a rude manner. She told my mom to come back the next day for her merchandise. My mom understood but was very hesitant as she had left her order paid for and she was afraid she wasn’t going to get her order. My mom goes again the next day (today) , she drives the 3 hour drive to make it there to pick up the order she had paid for and they were CLOSED. Their store hours said they were open today and the lady herself told my mom they’d be open. At this point my moms very upset. Not only did they take the $300 for my mom and refused to wait a couple minutes for her to pick her order up, they also treated her very poorly and are not giving her what she paid for ! It’s sad how far a business would go to keep someone’s hard earned money. Very disappointed, if you want a trustworthy business I would stay away...

Good online presence that made it easy to find if looking on google for a wholesaler for shirts. Both times I was able to park directly in front but it is metered street parking in LA so I just think I was lucky.

Older lady with glasses is rude on the phone and in person hence the removal of one star. She’ll insist you can only purchase a dozen of the same size.

The gentleman is very nice and accommodating. They do offer buying singles but at a dollar upcharge each, charge 3% card transaction fee. Pricing is 3-10 bucks. $2 More per item if purchasing larger sizes. Contemplated taking away another star for the up charges but it’s still comparably less than retail.

Terrible customer service! Keep away from this establishment and take your business elsewhere if you can. Dont be fooled by the “good reviews” people are forced into posting. Theyre dishonest and will take your money. The lady, who i assume is the “owner” is RUDE! And has TERRIBLE customer service. Also, if youre coming from far, make sure you call THE DAY OF to check that theyre opened! They have posted times, which they obviously dont abide by. And you will find to your surprise that theyre either closed or too lazy to open on time. You will waste your time. NOT...
