I purchased and item that was too big for me the staff was very unhelpful i wanted to exchange to a smaller size but according to the system my purchase doesnât exist for 24hrs. Which makes no sense. I will never be purchasing here again especially when u can buy similar quality items online for a much better experience. You guys definitely lost a customer here. The associate, Kelly, just handed it to me and went straight to help another customer, which I understand, but it was so frustrating. The engraving came out with tiny letters, that you couldnât read and I wasnât aware I could adjust the size. First-time customers should be guided on how to edit and use the device beforehand.
