Food is 7/10, cleanliness is 0/10. Family in front of my had kids that were making it a point to touch every single plate in the stack that people would grab from to build their meals in the cafeteria style set up. Two people in front of me were coughing over everything the sneeze shield isn't nearly enough, then they were grabbing the tongs and serving themselves.

Then you get to check out and their point of sale system must be from the 80's and still requires everyone to sign every check. They have a single pen that is taped and stringed to the cash register, i asked for sanitizer as i'm sure i'm the 1,000th person today to sign this thing and the check out lady looked at me like a had 5 heads. "No we don't have that"...

The whole buffet style needs to be put together much better and they need to upgrade the credit card system right away for cleanliness. ...

This place isn't really a great spot to eat steak. The two times I have been here, I asked the balding man that cuts the meat that I wanted medium cooked steak and the first time since it was late I just took what he gave me, which was super done steak that was hard to eat. This second time I asked for the same and he tried to give me well done again, but I told him its too cooked and he brought back another piece that was medium.
