I had an absolutely wonderful time at Puppy Sphere in Los Angeles! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the studio’s stunning atmosphere—it’s beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and bathed in natural light, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and fun. The instructor was fantastic, leading us through a creative and engaging series of poses that made the experience both enjoyable and dynamic.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and that both guests and puppies were comfortable. Speaking of the sheepadoodle puppies—they were undeniably the highlight of the experience! Each one was adorable, well-cared for, and brought so much joy to the session. It was heartwarming to see how much love and attention they receive.

I booked a Puppy Sphere class in Los Angeles through ClassPass and showed up on time, only to find the studio locked with no one there to run the class. There was zero communication about a cancellation or location change. All the signage was gone, there was no email notification, nothing. There were at least six other people also left standing outside of the door confused.

What made it worse was the unprofessional follow-up. The response I received misidentified the city where the class was scheduled and offered no real explanation, accountability or goodwill gesture. I had to follow up myself and still didn’t receive a clear resolution, just a vague promise of a future credit with no follow-through

This was a complete waste of time and deeply frustrating. If you’re thinking about booking with Puppy Sphere, I’d strongly advise against it and finding a different puppy...

My entire experience with Puppy Sphere was amazing! Parking was right outside and no hassle. To find the studio, there were signs everywhere that led us there. All the puppies wandering around was very adorable to have. It was fun playing with all the puppies. The staff were super friendly and inviting. They managed the puppies well and cleaned up after them. Our yoga instructor was great! She gave us alternate positions for us to depending on our comfort level. I was also able to see what position she was demonstrating. The drinks they served there tasted great, I got to try 2 different ones. They also had a little photo op corner for us with the puppies.
