I visited today and ordered a slushy. Only after it was made did I realize there were milk options available. I noticed it was made with whole milk, but I would have preferred oat milk. I politely told the owner I hadn't realized I could choose and asked if I could have it remade with oat milk—in fact, I even offered to pay for the new drink.
His response? He rolled his eyes at me and begrudgingly walked over to the register. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by asking. My husband and I were the only ones in the place. There was no one else around waiting. As we were entering in, he was on his laptop. So it was just odd that he responded the way he did. It made me wonder—if someone were lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy, would he have reacted the same way?
I walked out.

I ordered a grande Mango Iced Tea with boba. There's an option to make it with black or green tea, adjust the sugar level, but be sure to advocate for it as you order. There's also an option to add extra boba for an additional charge. Please note their iced tea comes with lemon, so I politely requested not to add it. Their Mango Iced Tea was not bad and was quite flavorful. Their boba was chewy as usual.
