Scent Bar DTLA — Local services in Los Angeles

First and foremost: Thank you, Ezra! I came into the Downtown LA location when they opened at 11am on Monday, April 22nd and was greeted by one of the staff, Ezra. I spent nearly two hours discovering an amazing array of fragrances with him and ended up walking away with 4 new additions - all falling in different fragrance families. This was such a fantastic experience and Ezra was so knowledgeable of so many different lines they carried and really helped guide me to find what worked for me, and also exposed me to fragrances I would have never thought to put my nose on. I really enjoyed my time spent there and look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Los Angeles. I have always loved ordering from Lucky Scent in the past, and had great experiences with their online presence, but the in-person experience at Scent Bar was elevated and top tier. Rude service and not care about them costumers .Very slow shipping and not guarantee any dates! ’m regular costumer of luckyscent.com since 2019. I placed an order on 22nd of Nov for my girlfriend birthday and ont 26th i still didn’t have any tracking number so i called them and i asked . They said looks like might be an issue with your billing adress on file so we verify that and the representative stray been rude and blame on me that’s the reason they didn’t ship the order ? 0 service they were the one who had to send me email right away or call me there is and issue with my order ! I have placed a LOT of online orders with Scent Bar and each one has been a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I live on the coast of VA so in-person trip isn't possible for me. I rave about about ya'll to everyone.

I try to support small business, mainly, but the customer care that is provided by Scent Bar is what has made me a buyer for LIFE. When I say that Andrea has gone above and beyond to help me, it's an understatement.
