Super cute store with really fun items, but would 100% not recommend getting gifts here though because of their strict no returns or exchange policy. Got some nice gifts for friends here, including a hat ($100) and a tape dispenser ($40), and it turns out the hat was too small (even though it was adjustable haha) and dispenser too large. Went in to ask if I could return or exchange them since the tags and packaging are all still on the items, but the worker behind the counter told me that all sales are final and pointed to a very small sign off to the side of the counter that I didn’t see before buying. The vibe of the store is really good; however, I am concerned about the quality of the product. I purchased a set of incense sticks, which was supposed to contain 25 sticks. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, I discovered that it was already open, and there were only 17 sticks inside. I was quite disappointed to see the package in that condition. I don’t believe it should be the customer’s responsibility to check the completeness of the product. Always a joy to shop in this store. The staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions for souvenirs or party gifts. The stuff is organized extremely neatly, and the products are great quality from Japan and American made companies mostly. I go here to get housewarming and birthday gifts mostly, like the quirky oversized binder clips and paper clip, the high quality pens and notebooks, or retro gadgets and gizmos and tote bags.
