Just few words to describe my experience with John Kim as he was representing me as a buyer. Just closed escrow in Mid/Central LA, right next to Miracle Mile and Ktown. John made the process incredibly easy and stress-free. Made sure to disclose all the pros/cons of each property being considered and all my questions asked & answered. Alexis Kim was an awesome real estate agent!! She is very experienced with the real estate market and area we were interested in buying our first home. I never felt pressured and she lined up home of various prices so my husband and I could get an idea of what types of homes we could expect to see at different price points. Alexis was always available to answer any questions we had about the home buying process. She was fairly accurate with estimates of potential repairs and predicting how much certain homes would sell if multiple offers were given on the phone. I felt she was pretty savvy during the negotiation process and we were able get a majority of our requests fulfilled when we were in escrow (more than what we expected)!
