Read moreThis Sephora is so hard to get help at. I stand around and chase around the employees to help me for like 20 minutes. Today Whitney at the register was negative and had a bad attitude from the jump. I say “hi I’m here to make some returns” and she immediately goes silent and her demeanor gets even worse. I explain to her that I was not charged for one foundation but I’m not returning that one, I’m returning the one I wasn’t charged for. She can’t do that, understandable. Then I explain to her that I was charged twice for the same contour palette when I only bought one. She didn’t refund both charges when I went outside to check the receipt, so I went back in and explained that to a new person at the register. They get the manager and I explain the story a third time and Whitney starts talking under her breath about me and says I only gave her one palette which I already explained to her the situation. I told that to her again and she just ignores me, doesn’t acknowledge me and acts like I’m lying the whole time. Her attitude with everyone was just horrible and clearly she didn’t want to be at work, so Whitney, I suggest you call off next time you’re in a bad mood or quit your job if you don’t want to work in customer service and put on your customer service attitude! I know how hard it is, I’m a hairstylist, but everything is fixable and people come and go, no need to hold on to your...
Read moreIf you can, DON'T go to this Sephora. I didn't have another option because I needed make up for that evening and it was too late to go another place. I basically went it wanting to get a new brand from scratch and, find out what I need according to my skin and what to buy. Like a make over. I could have easily bought a lot of stuff if that's what the lady said I should do. But on the contrary, first I waited long before anyone had "time" to take care of me. Then when she came, she wasn't interested to help me, and when I kept asking she said: "It sounds like you want service". That dropped my jaw, what is it called if not service, when you need assistance for shopping the right items? Then I asked for helping show how to put on foundation all over, she said I needed to buy at least for 50$ and get appointment for that. I said ok, and I would probably spend for 100. But she still ignored that request too. I also want to add that it was not so busy, there were many stuff members wandering around and chit chatting with each other. I have been to busy Sephoras before, so I know. Maybe they are tired of the Hollywood tourists, but then choose another place to work at, if you don't like selling and introducing clients...
