Tea & Coffee Exchange — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I’ve been to this place twice and their customer service could really use some work. My first time, I ordered coffee and a ham and cheese croissant which delicious! I came back two months later, ordered the same thing with no issues and for some reason was charged $3 more-but I didn’t complain. Then, once I get my croissant about 10 minutes later, I see that it’s ham, egg, and cheese. When I bring it up to the barista he tells me “we only have this, we don’t have ham and cheese”. I tell him that I ordered this two months ago and that no one told me before taking my money, and he basically tells me that they always change the menu. I was offered a refund, but hopefully they work on customer service; greeting people, letting them know “I’ll be with you in a second” instead of acting annoyed or like their customers...

I am a little addicted to boba and tea drinks, so I appreciate a new tea café in my neighborhood. I came recently after having a full meal and some alcohol. Most favorite tea place! Yay, they put one in Hollywood & Highland! I used to frequent the one in Manhattan Beach until it closed. I haven't been able to find the perfect tea place. You guys rock because you know just how to brew your teas perfectly with a timer and not just dumping the tea bags in there like most places. Plus you have a variety of teas and herbal. My favorite is Rooibos and you even have a few different blends of that. 💜 You guys. Now you need one...
