JINYA Ramen Express — Restaurant in Los Angeles

If it weren't for others posting pictures of El Capitan from the outdoor seating, I never would've found this damn place. I wandered maybe 2 full laps around the mall before I found the right "eatery" spot. The signs here are not helpful and there is no directory except for the high end restaurants. I found this fire escape right next to Jinya that provides better directions (see picture). There was no line. They give vouchers to validate parking if you ask for it. Food is good. The view was nice. It feels very fast food compared to other Jinya locations, likely because of the "express" so don't expect indoor seating or service. Leave tray and trash at tables and someone will collect but be mindful of things blowing away...

This place continues to struggle, it's a shame because I actually like their food and menu, but every time I give them a chance they blow it! So they did have a problem with their staff (slow and attitude). I just went a couple of weeks ago and it seemed like they changed the entire staff! good. But their protein portions got smaller! it's not enough for what you pay or filling! I ordered the Chicken bowl which comes with pork and Chicken and since I don't eat pork I asked if I can get more chicken and they said no! I just think if they increase their protein portion and try to make customers happier especially I work around the area and would be a regular customer they...

I had the pleasure of stopping by Jinya Ramen Express on Hollywood Boulevard, and I was really impressed! The ramen was excellent — full of flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and a rich, satisfying broth. It’s an express-style restaurant, so there aren’t any seats inside, but I had no problem enjoying my meal outside using one of their tablets, which made for a convenient and casual dining experience.

The only downside was that the person taking my order didn’t seem particularly motivated, which was a bit of a letdown. But the quality of the food more than made up for it! If you’re looking for a quick, delicious ramen fix, this is a great spot in the heart of LA....
