Shawn's Christmas Trees- Opening Nov. 28th, 2025 — Local services in Los Angeles

Let me start by saying I rarely if ever leave a review on a place I’ve done business with. However I haven’t experienced anything like this in a long time. First off I’ve been coming here and getting my trees from them since as long as I can remember. I’d never met the owner Shawn before but met him tonight. It was the worst experience I’ve had at this establishment. I brought my wife and kids to pick our tree like we have done for years. Kids were excited. they picked the tree out and I paid for it like we usually do every year.. As the workers were putting the tree i paid for on my car I started taking pictures with the kids while we waited for them to finish. That’s when Shawn came out and we started to talk. I Let him know we had been coming to them for years and talked about the different locations they had been over the years so I “thought” we shared a moment. As we were wrapping up the conversation and his workers were finishing tying the tree down. I was pulled to the side and asked if I paid for my tree as if I was stealing the tree. It was very insulting and unprofessional to ask me that. If there were any doubts he should have asked the employees that had assisted me. I have to wonder if he treats everyone like that or if my ethnicity had anything to do with it. The only reason didn’t call him out is because my kids were there and didn’t want to ruin their Christmas spirit. Will NEVER go back there again. I’ve never felt so unappreciated for doing business at an establishment I had been doing business at for years. There was no thanks for coming back or anything like that. Just moved to the area from Oregon and have had a bit of a hard time adjusting to the difference when it comes to finding Christmas trees. We used to love being able to pick the perfect tree and cut it down 🤩 I’ve been looking for a place in California and was sooo happy to find this one after attempting a few others!

They have a wide variety of healthy trees that come with the stand for not that much more. The person who helped us (Jonathan I believe?) was SO nice to our family and made sure the tree was snug on our car. Ornaments and holiday items were super reasonable!

Love how they are dog friendly and not super crowded compared to other lots. Such an amazing experience overall! The only thing that would’ve taken it to the next level would be hot cocoa or apple cider. But now that I think about it, maybe that’s an Oregon...

So I came to Sean's pumpkin patch and had the greatest time with my daughter. At that time I found out that they do a Christmas tree lot also. I thought for sure I would give it a try. It's a little bit of a drive but I had such a great time at the pumpkin patch off I went. I was amazed at the selection of trees that were there. And I mean trees. They have every size in every variety. I had no idea a Christmas tree could be so big. I highly recommend Shawn's Christmas trees. Arden was the guy who helped me with my pumpkins So I had him help me out with my tree. He had no problem showing me a few different trees until my daughter picked the one she wanted.
