Tarzana Tech — Local services in Los Angeles

I am writing to add my voice to the deserved accolades which have been given to Tarzana Tech. I have been in there at least three times over the years, but my latest experience this week makes me that much more appreciative that I live so close to such a fine computer shop. This time, I brought in my very old Dell desktop computer which had a failing hard drive, 3 broken fans, and was in desperate need of a cleaning and tuneup. Because I didn't want to spend the many hours it would have taken to set up a new computer, Michael suggested we simply take an image off of the failing hard drive, and copy it onto a new solid state hard drive. Long story short, my computer is now working better than it ever did, and likely has many more years of life ahead of it. The price for all this was half of what I expected to have to pay. Great service, skillful repairs, a creative approach to problem solving, and fair and reasonable pricing. That is what I got at...

I happen to find Tarzana Tech on Yelp. And I read a lot of good comments regarding service, customer service, good quality Mac products and everyone mentioning a guy name Mike.

Since being out of the music business for 10 years I decide to return and was looking to upgrade my studio equipment and in search of another Mac computer.

I called Tarzana Tech and spoke with Mike. Mike was very knowledgeable on everything that I inquired about Mac products regarding upgrading my music studio. I was very excited after talking with him and decided to go ahead and check the store out myself.

Upon arrival, I was approached with the utmost hospitality and great customer service.

Mike went over everything with me in details. He answered all of my questions and was very patient and generous to my needs regarding upgrading my music studio.

A friend recommended me to Mike at Tarzana Tech. I desperately needed to finance a new (refurbished) computer and was a bit concerned because of my credit score.

Not only was I able to get a great computer that I'm now typing this on, I was also able to get it financed without a credit check! Mike also went beyond the call of duty and offered to transfer my data from my old computer to the one I just purchased. When I got home and turned it on, I saw that not only did he do the data transfer, but he also put some other goodies on there as well. I was pleasantly surprised, super happy and grateful.
