Store is really unfriendly, bought engraved jewelry there that broke . Left my number for the manager Janice to give me a call , now a week later and still no call . Decided to give them a call to speak with her. The associate answered the phone and I asked for the manager she asked " who is it ". I gave her my name and she put me on hold. She got back on the phone very rudely "Can I take your number and she'll give you a call. I informed the associate that I did leave my number a week ago. She said " Well when she has time she'll give you a call". I find it hard to believe someone cant give a customer a call within a week . I was more than patient, honestly was a simple question to see if they can fix or reorder the necklace that Janice herself offered the day I purchase the jewelry. But very unprofessional and rude customer service I was going to originally go back and just purchase something that was similar to it, I personally will never come back they obviously don't value...
