Would give 0 stars if I could. The kitten that I adopted from South Bay Adoption, via Pet Smart, had FIP. When I called and informed them of this FATAL disease which is transmitted from kitten to kitten, they said they had no idea what this disease was. I was emotionally traumatized by this experience and when I called they said they didn’t know what this disease was and offered to pay for a new adoption. NOT for the vet bill that cost over $800 to find out our new kitten was dying. This was awful experience. No one should have to go...

Horrible, they are the worst it's like what's the point to say cat adoptions and when you show interest they tell you fill out an application and it could take a few months. If i was a cat and i would scatch those ladies for turning people away with outrageous adoption procedures. Don't think you can walk in and buy/adopt a cat and bring it...
