Would give 0 stars if I could. The kitten that I adopted from South Bay Adoption, via Pet Smart, had FIP. When I called and informed them of this FATAL disease which is transmitted from kitten to kitten, they said they had no idea what this disease was. I was emotionally traumatized by this experience and when I called they said they didn’t know what this disease was and offered to pay for a new adoption.
