Jamba — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I always wanted to try the Jamba Juice store. The first time, I went to the store in San Pedro. It was located next to the Petco store. This store was in the Park Plaza, so I didn't have a problem finding a parking space. I went inside of the store and the store was very clean. They had all kinds of fruit juices & different flavor of fruit smoothies. They offered healthy drinks and foods to choose from, and I didn't know what to order. There was a lady who greeted me with a great smile. She was friendly and helpful. I ordered the strawberry, granola, and low-fat yogurt bowl for my breakfast. Then, I went outside for a walk for a while. They had a hugh parking lot, and I walked around to other stores. After that, I came back to the store and got my food. I tried the strawberry, granola& and yogurt bowl after I came home. Wow!!! It was delight and sumptuous fruit 🥣. It didn't taste sweet at all, but granola was sweet & yogurt was creamy, so three flavors created perfect combination. It was a nutritious, healthy, low-fat and light breakfast. I would like to recommend Jamba Juice to everyone. Lately, I have been eating unhealthy foods such as chicken wings, French fries, brownies, pizza & other fatty foods, but from now on, I will improve my eating habits. Would you like for me to describe what he wore or what we were driving when you can easily pull out video footage and see that it wasn’t busy and crazy like the manager described to me over the phone I don’t know how much more detail I can give you

My 16 year old went in for a smoothie at around five and there was a couple and a lady by the window waiting for their order my son waited for help and they didn’t even acknowledge him so he came back and ask what happened and he explained to what happened so I it’s ok let’s just call it in and we’ll wait in the car so I called and the phone rang and rang no response so called back the third time someone by the name of Rogelio finally answered and I asked him what was going on he said they were stressed out and backed up as a manager at a restaurant I know that is not a proper answer Bad Customer Service At least have the decency to acknowledge someone when they come in it’s so easy to say “Hi I’ll be right...

I used to come to this location all the time and am sad to say their service has plummeted. I ordered a smoothie, waffle and a pretzel. I then asked if I could please use their restroom as there was a sign posted saying the restroom was for employees only. I wanted to give the employee the opportunity to clarify maybe the sign was there to ward off miscreants etc. No, as a customer purchasing food and beverage I was denied the restroom and when I asked for clarification if the restroom was out of order she stated no, the restroom is reserved for employees only. On top of that the environment was overall unwelcoming. I was not greeted with a friendly welcome when I arrived and the employee seemed annoyed when I was unsure the sizes they had for drinks. They also have signage posted for customers stating that they are not to wait near the counter and to rather wait against the glass wall/door. It was unprofessional and just cold. To top it all off my waffle was smashed and soggy as if it were heated in the microwave instead of toasted (as it should have been). Really disappointed to have to leave a review like this especially form a location I used to love...
