I started a piece with a 200.00 deposit in place. I moved out of state and then Covid hit. I asked for my deposit back and Art said he couldn’t refund it at that time as he was not working due to COVID. I waited…. I returned to San Pedro for a dr appt and retrieved my Mail. Art asked if it was me he saw and I said yes. Today I asked again for the return of my deposit and he said no! He made that decision based on seeing me in town…. The piece was completed by my artist in Florida. I was patient while he was not working and I am super disappointed that he did not honor the return of my deposit after I was understanding that he was not working! Very unprofessional! My daughter went in for snake bites for her sweet 16 birthday present . Her piercing came out lopsided when we told them we were unhappy all they said was take 1 out come back in 2 weeks & get it redone. Obviously they don't know what they r doing when it comes to piercings I have heard many complaints from my daughters friends after going there about same issues dealing with the piercings. We don't want them redone my daughter took them out after going in after 3 weeks of having them done. We didn't ask for full refund but they could have done something. Y would we want them to All redo them especially with them so bad that u can see the backing inside my daughters mouth. Whatever u do I would not go here...

This place harbors Cop Lovers ~ A homeless man was arrested across the street. The tattoo shop owner came out a cheered on the cops as they pulled the homeless man's pants down, arrested him, and left all his belongings. According to the convenience store owner, the homeless man was a regular customer who purchased his items from the convenience store. Guess the artists here just make assumptions about homeless people and support pigs....
