Classics San Pedro — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Absolutely not!!! I have been eating spiros since before I could talk, now I'm 18. I have never had any problems, always my go to place to eat the food is so good anything you get will be good. HOWEVER, after today spiros WILL NEVER get a dime out of me again! first of all, whoever your new worker is, she is RUDE! This is not the city to be acting like that towards people, if you know you know! I waited for more than 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a sandwich.. people who I ordered before, got their food before me!! I have never waited more than 10 minutes for food here. I asked the woman if she could please remake my drink because the drink I was about to be given was sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes, that's not soda anymore, that's soda water and I wanted soda! She questioned me which I find very disrespectful because I am a paying customer and I deserve what I'm asking for. When I received my food which I watched being made, I noticed my patty melt had no grilled onions which they are supposed to. I asked, aren't there supposed to be onions on here? The lady gave me and attitude and told the cook with an attitude. The cook put RAW DICED ONIONS on my sandwich instead of what's supposed to be on the sandwich! It was poorly cut as well! My fries were not fresh! My mothers cheeseburger was BURNT, BLACK!! When I asked for a holder FOR THREE DRINKS, I was given attitude! RIDICULOUS!!! Always my go to place I love it here but it will never be the same!!! WE NEED SPIROS BACK!!! But I guess THIS is "classics" now. SERVICE 0 , FOOD 0 never again I'm so disappointed we have to do better...

Review revised : to the food is ok and the burgers and fries use to be unbeatable I loved the burgers when they were 1/3 lb they don’t have those anymore and the fries use to be good and crispy. Now all the fries we get are kinda like mashed potatoes no crisp no crackle no crunch how disappointing, I seen them get new kitchen equipment it looks nice but the owner or somebody has to tell the cook how the customers like it I’d rather it take longer to get my food good then have it just dunked in oil and sent out really fast , I don’t like mashed potatoes if I’m ordering french fries and every time I say can you make the fries crispy can you make the fries crispy can you make them crunchy can you cook the fries longer but no it always comes out as mush, I would like if the owner would tell the cook to make fat plates lots of meat when they order a burrito or a Carne Asada nachos or a Carne Asada fries make like a huge plate good enough for two and raise the prices but just make the food the way the people want it and they will pay extra for it oh and thicken up the chili , less salt and more spicy and yes the patties got pretty thin with soggy too much sauce bread Also if the owner wants to go cheap on everything to save a couple of pennies I just won’t go there anymore let’s see if they’ll pick up the pace and I’ll leave one final review also I have noticed that since they fixed up the restaurant the new reviews are terrible but the older reviews were better much better maybe it was a different cook maybe it was a different...

I live about 5 blocks away and order quite a bit but this is the third time I’ve received bad service my boyfriend tried to order ahead and the lady on the phone told him “either call back or wait” also when he tried to make a change of bread type (before they started making the food) the cook was yelling no started making the food and the rude lady basically said it’s too late in a very rude way when they had time to fix it before hand

the same lady once complained because my boyfriends tap wasn’t working on his ebt card and made a rude remark implying he couldn’t pay AND when we ordered a burrito with no rice she gave us a weird angry look and asked why- not only is it not her business why but I’m diabetic I eat specific ways so I can have fast food occasionally without ending up in the hospital

this is unfortunate because there is another lady that works inside that is really nice and gives great service but this other lady makes me not even want to order because I’m already hungry I don’t need attitude just for trying to eat or even for trying...
