Great friendly and highly knowledgeable staff always with the exception of my recent visit. They were training a new staff person whom lacked friendliness and warmth. This new guy also neglected to include my receipt even after I requested it and kept me waiting endlessly whilst waiting on me exclusively, in spite of the fact that I mentioned several times that I needed to get home to my puppy whom needed a walk badly. Since I brought the 2 bags of food I was purchasing to the register the length of waiting around for him to complete my transaction was completely unnecessary; 15- 20 minutes! frankly this felt oppositional and passive aggressive, since the manager had already given him “ how to directions”twice, and then thrice! I had to turn my prescheduled zoom meeting on in my ear pod, though I’d arrived at the store a half hour in advance it’s scheduled time. Also walked back in to re request my receipt. After waiting again for a couple of minutes for the non forthcoming...

This place has the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! I was helped by Sofia, Rose and Ian and they are an invaluable resource. Sofia in particular is incredible! She has an encyclopaedic knowledge on all of the products, the most patient and kind demeanour, and the right balance of enthusiasm, positivity and calm. Not only that, but when it came time to put together the free package that you guys offer for newly adopted kittens, she transformed it into a group activity, effectively turning it into a collaborative training exercise with Rose and Ian. Your products, range and philosophy are great as a company. But your team is your greatest accomplishment. Admittedly, I'm the kind of person who appreciates the instant gratification and convenience of Amazon, but Sofia is the reason I will continue purchasing...

I wanted to take the time to write a well deserved 5 star review to the team at Tailwaggers on Fairfax! I called today to order cat food for my pets and needed a particular type. Bran (spelling?) was so helpful and thoughtful! He not only searched out what I needed but also called me back within a timely manner and had solutions for what I needed. Thank you!! Brian was also very helpful! They are kind enough to deliver our pet food right now in this challenging time. Dale was prompt and very kind! He was wearing a mask and taking the appropriate precautions that we all need right now. If you need good, quality pet food for your pets anytime or especially right now, reach out to Tailwaggers!
