I am impressed by their customer service - thank you! ---------‐--------- The shopping experience was good - a great selection of goods, CUTENESS overload. Yes, things were overpriced, as many of them were Chinese-made figurine sold for cheap online, but the experience was so pleasant that I still ended up buying a couple times from them. Problem is the quality of these products really did not justify their prices. Many of them broke soon, including this $25 shopping bag! Look at the attached photos for before (new) look vs after ONLY ONE wash! No dryer, only gentle machine wash. The yellow faded, the bag shrunk, and all the figures detached from fabric. It’s a freaking $25 reusable shopping bag… I rather get one from Daiso next time for $1.75 - at least they last!

They make customers feel so welcome and have a wealth of knowledge about toys, tamogachi, and japanese pop culture im general. Esther is also very very kind and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Kouhigh carries such a huge variety of products like Miffy, Tamogachi, Sanrio, Popmart, Rilakkuma and more!! They support local artists by carrying their merchandise and providing a space to vend at events! Check them out on Instagram to see the upcoming events!!

I love this store! Such a wide variety of the cutest and prettiest things that I had never seen before. Came on a Sunday to see their Sonny Angel selection. Was glad I stopped by because I got introduced to secret bear garden (baby ghost bear). The person working was very sweet and helpful. They let me know they also have a website!

Highly recommend stopping by to see new cute things whether it’s for yourself or a gift! I definitely recommend coming for gift shopping as they have so many cute unique items with varying price points. ☺️

This store will be your new obsession, you’ve been warned besties! 😌

PS: they have way better prices than Amazon for...
