Truly unique experience more than what I anticipated. In a busy city in my busy life I managed to get lost in admiring all the cute chains and charms and my imagination was engaged. Then you sit and try to figure it out. Not as easy as it seems. I almost had the urge to rage quit. I was uncomfortable hot and loosing my patience. Then it hit me. I always want everything fast, fast shipping fast check out premade. I then got to wholeheartedly savor the hard work and effort and live in that moment. I felt very accomplished. I put my bag chain and charm together myself. It took 2 hours total for me lol but the best day ever. The best business and must try and their is nothing else like it. First staff at the door 10/10 polite helpful hardworking went out of her way for us and informative. Owner 1000/10 very helpful so polite and beautiful and clearly we can tell she gets that from her beautiful parents who were patient and genuine. I had an amazing time. My friends and I stopped by one afternoon and were overwhelmed with how cute and fun the whole experience was! There are so many charms and options for you to choose what to make. The entire staff was so helpful and kind - they helped us as this was our first time ever making our own charm jewelry. Even during the creation process, the staff was so willing to sit down with us and help us if we were having trouble or give us advice on how to make our pieces! We LOVED the entire vibe of the store because it’s woman-owned!!! CJ and her family were so lovely the entire time and you can tell they put a lot of care into their store. I went to charmed for my friends birthday celebration. I looovveee the ambiance of the place so pink and girlie. They have soooo many cute chains to start with at good pricing I literally wanted every chain! They had really cute charms, my only thing I wish some of the smaller charms were priced at $2 instead of all charms being $5 some of the larger charms are $8 but there was no pricing for small charms like the red stone, and small butterfly charms I got I think could be less in prices. I got 10 charms plus my anklet the total was $72. The staff were so helpful, So friendly, and so patient with so many girls, I can’t wait to come back and make more pieces such a cute fun activity.
