Ten Thousand Luxury Residences — Local services in Los Angeles

My company and I coordinated an event at the Ten Thousand Building this past weekend - my client was hosting their engagement party on the third floor. We worked with Ryan Gomez and Ian Bounds through the planning process, and throughout the event day.

I cannot speak enough kinds words on the experience we had in this space and with this company. They were incredibly accommodating whether it was rental delivery and pick up times, providing ice to our bar (as a planner, this is a rare one), helping us and our vendors navigate the building and aided in our set up / clean up process with efficiency / professionalism / and always helpful to find a working solution.

The space also includes a lot - lighting, kitchen, storage, trash cans, ice, security, lounge furniture, seating, parking, etc.There aren't many things to bring in, all based on preference to your event - but blown away by the quality of the space, the staff and the amount we were able to utilize which helped my clients budget quite a bit.

I helped a good friend move into Ten Thousand a number of weeks ago. Hence it was both of ours first time navigating the property, and needless to say a helping hand offering proper direction was going to be critical. The two of us were fortunate enough to run into Jason on our way to locating the service elevator.
